Apply for The FMA and CNA Safety Awards
Perfect safety records aren't required — recognition is based on whether your company's incidence rate is better than the National Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) injury and illness rate for your NAICS code.
For companies with multiple facilities, each location can earn its own award. Please submit a separate OSHA 300A form for each facility.
Data will be kept confidential and only be used in the judging process. Award entries must be received by March 4, 2024, at 5 p.m. CDT.
Winners will be notified by mid-March. Award of Honor recipients will be invited to apply for the Rusty Demeules Award for Safety Excellence.
